Sarah introduces herself & talks about her therapeutic approach!
Sarah F., M.S., LCMHCA
Ever feel like life just keeps hitting you from all sides? Like no matter what you do, you just can’t catch a break? School is stressing you out, your family’s a lot, friendships and relationships feel shaky, and work is draining whatever energy you have left. It all starts to pile up, and now you don’t even know what your next step is supposed to be. If that’s how you’re feeling—that’s real. It matters. You matter. And you’re not alone. Sometimes, you just need a moment to slow down, breathe, and just be. In therapy with me, you’ll learn to release emotions, set healthy boundaries, and feel more grounded. Let’s make therapy your space to chill, reset, and feel like you.
I help teens and young adults work through anxiety, depression, and all the ups and downs that come with life changes. Therapy with me? It’s a chill space where you can slow down, breathe, and take things one step at a time—no pressure, no judgment. Just real talk, real support. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I use CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered approaches to fit what works best for you. I also emphasize cultural diversity because your story and identity truly matter.
Ready to find your flow and feel like you again? Say less. Let’s get into it.

When I’m not in therapist mode I’m…
Attending cultural festivals, reading a good book, watching one of my favorite movies or tv shows, and spending time with my loved ones.
