Redmond describes how he helps his clients.

Dr. Redmond S. MSW, LCSWA

My Story started alot like yours. Growing up, I heard things like: "Stay strong, push through it, don't let them see you cry.” For so many of us, that advice becomes the soundtrack to our lives. We learn to put on a brave face, to be the one who has it all together, even when we’re falling apart on the inside. You know the feeling. Going through the motions of everyday life, while the weight of the past sits heavily on your shoulders. You’re holding it all in because you feel like you have to. Running on fumes and burning out fast. I’ve had the honor of supporting people in their most vulnerable moments. Listening to stories of violence, trauma, and the quiet battles with suicidal thoughts. I've learned: your strength isn't in hiding your feelings. It's about having the courage to finally face them.

This is more than just therapy; in this space, I offer something different. No clinical jargon, no fluff, no BS. Just a real, human connection where you can finally take off the armor and breathe. A judgment -free zone. A safe place where your thoughts can be messy, be uncertain, and be authentically you.

My approach is simple: I see you, I hear you, and I’m on your side. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. You're a survivor. You already have the strength and wisdom you need to heal; I help you clear away the noise, sort through the pain, so that you can reconnect with your inner power.

You set the pace; together, we’ll build strategies to manage the anxiety, anger, and stress, creating a path toward lasting peace. I’m not here to give you a roadmap. I’m here to stand by your side as you draw your own. You’ve carried this weight long enough. You deserve a life filled with happiness, confidence, and joy. Let's reclaim your story together.

My Experience

As a licensed clinician, I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. With over a decade of experience, I have worked extensively with survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and suicidal ideation. My approach focuses on empowering individuals to set healthy boundaries, enhance communication, and rediscover their joy.

When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m...
