Sasha introduces herself!
Sasha S., MA, LMFTA
Relationships are hard, and some moments crack them wide open. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of betrayal, trying to rebuild trust after infidelity, or simply feeling like two people living parallel lives, reaching out takes real courage. Whatever brought you here, I honor that.
I work with couples at every stage and crossroad: from communication breakdowns and intimacy struggles, to the painful, complicated work of healing after an affair. I hold space for both partners without taking sides, helping you slow down, speak honestly, and figure out what you actually want. That might mean rebuilding something stronger, or finding a compassionate way forward together or apart.
I also work with individuals who are navigating their own difficult seasons. That maybe dealing with anxiety, burnout, or depression that's quietly affecting everything around you. Perhaps you're working through low self-esteem, perfectionism, or a life transition that has left you unsure of who you are or where you're headed. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to sort through it alone.
My approach is relational at its core. Therapy isn't about fixing or labeling. It's about being truly seen, slowing down the patterns that keep you stuck, and finding a new way of relating to yourself and the people who matter most. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor everything to your specific story and relationship dynamic.
I’m committed to creating a warm and inclusive space for all. LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals and couples are encouraged and welcomed. All relationship structures, identities, and families are genuinely embraced here.
My Experience
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate trained in both group practice and community-based settings. My training specifically equips me to work with couples, families, and individuals from diverse relational and cultural backgrounds, with a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+-affirming lens. Whatever brings you in, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m... you'll find me discovering new restaurants around Charlotte, spending time in nature, hanging with family and friends, or keeping my plants alive.
