Sasha S., MA, LMFTA
You might be questioning your identity, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or unsure how to move forward. Whatever you’re carrying, I honor the courage it takes to reach out. I’m passionate about supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, low self-esteem/body image issues, perfectionism, dating, or life transitions. I also enjoy working with couples of all kinds, at any stage of their relationship—whether addressing communication challenges, trust and intimacy concerns, identity exploration or transitions together, or making difficult decisions about staying together or separating. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and feel supported in showing up as your full self.
Therapy works best when it’s rooted in genuine connection—not in fixing or labeling, but in being truly seen and heard. My approach focuses on how we relate to others and the patterns that shape our lives. I draw from evidence-based practices, tailoring them to your unique story and relationships.
I am deeply committed to understanding and addressing the unique experiences and challenges faced by marginalized groups, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Everyone’s love, identity, and family look different, and all are warmly welcomed in my therapy space.
My Experience
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with experience in both group practice and community-based settings. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University and my master’s in Family Therapy from Saint Louis University. My clinical training equips me to provide sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I’ve worked with couples, families, and young adults from diverse relational and cultural backgrounds. Whatever brings you in, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m...
exploring new restaurants, enjoying nature, spending time with family and friends, or tending to my plants.
