Postpartum Therapy, Relationship Care, & Identity Support for Women & Queer Adults

Relationships shape so much of how we move through the world; how we love, how we communicate, how we show up for ourselves, and how we heal. If you’re navigating dating, attachment patterns, communication struggles, or the constant pressure to "have it all together," you’re not alone. And if you are stepping into the postpartum season, those relational patterns and feelings of overwhelm can feel amplified as your identity, body, and daily life shift around you.

I’m Amaya, a therapist and certified doula passionate about supporting women and queer clients through postpartum experiences, relationship challenges, self-worth, anxiety, and identity exploration. The postpartum transition in particular can bring up complex emotions, excitement, anxiety, deep fatigue, and moments where you feel disconnected from who you used to be. I offer a soft, warm, and deeply nonjudgmental space to talk honestly about what you’re experiencing, including the heavy or confusing thoughts you might hesitate to share anywhere else.

My therapeutic style is gentle, collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in human connection. You don’t have to be perfect, have the "right" words, or know exactly what you want out of therapy. I bring an affirming, inclusive lens where you don't have to perform, shrink, or apologize. Together, we will slow down, explore the parts of yourself you’ve carried quietly, and build relationships with yourself and others that feel secure, honest, and aligned with who you are becoming.
