Cayla W., Clinical Intern
Your head feels like fireworks going off. It’s tiring that you are the only person who you can count on. Who feels like carrying all the burden of daily worries and fear of not being good enough. Have you ever tried to relax in a good book, show, or even a nice warm shower, but your racing thoughts keep you from enjoying it? Anxiety is real. And, it’s not something to be ashamed or embarrassed of. It can take over our bodies without us even knowing. That’s where I come in. Together, we’ll create coping skills that help you feel more present and confident in yourself. You deserve to enjoy each day without the distraction. Let’s get you back to the best version of YOU.
I bring a laid-back, non-judgmental, and person-centered approach. I’m here as a support system and helping hand—but it’s your journey, and you’ll lead the way. I blend person-centered work with CBT and behavioral therapy to support your growth while letting you guide the process. In our sessions, you’ll feel seen and heard so you can grow. I hope that you leave the room feeling relaxed—like after a warm shower, a day in the sun, eating good food, and laughing until your eyes water.
If you’re ready to take control of your journey and start making choices that truly reflect you—not everyone else—reach out. If you're carrying heavy thoughts and tension in your body, let’s work together to release them and build a healthier, more grounded version of yourself. I’m here to support you, be honest with you, and walk alongside you as you become the person you’ve been dreaming of. If these words speak to you, don’t wait—schedule a session today. You are not alone!
