Mishaun, M., MSW, LCSW-A
Are you struggling to focus? Do you feel like life is pulling you in several different directions at once? Are stress and overwhelm starting to take a toll? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please know—you’re not alone.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, women, and caregivers who are experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, challenges with focus and organization, or trauma. My goal is to ensure you feel seen and heard, to support you at your own pace, and to help you with the tools you need to manage what you’re feeling.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies, grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, because you are the expert on you. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can build confidence, strengthen your skills, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what works best for you and create tools to support your journey.
