Therapy for anxiety, identity exploration, and creating a life that feels true to who you are.

Maybe you've spent so much time adapting to other people's expectations that you're not sure what feels true for you anymore. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating life transitions, struggling with anxiety, or trying to untangle complicated relationship patterns, it can be difficult to find solid ground when you're carrying questions that don't have easy answers.

You're here, and that's brave.

I work with teens (13+) and adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, questions about identity, or a growing sense that the life they've built no longer feels fully aligned with who they are becoming. Others come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, unsure where they belong, or exhausted from trying to meet the expectations of everyone around them.

Many of the individuals I work with are LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients exploring how family dynamics, culture, relationships, and lived experiences have shaped their identities. While every person's story is different, my goal is the same: helping you develop a stronger sense of self, trust your own voice, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

As an Indigenous, queer-identifying clinician, I understand how identity, culture, and lived experience can shape the way we move through the world. I strive to create a space where you can show up fully, without judgment, pressure, or the need to explain every part of your experience. Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening your connection to your values, and creating space for growth, healing, and authenticity.

How I Can Support You

Understanding your story
We'll explore how your relationships, family experiences, culture, identity, and life experiences continue to influence the way you see yourself and move through the world today.

Building practical tools
Using person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT, we'll develop skills to navigate anxiety, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and approach life's challenges with greater confidence and self-trust.

Creating a space to be yourself
Healing happens through collaboration, curiosity, and connection. Therapy should be a place where you feel seen, respected, and supported as you explore who you are and who you're becoming.

Finding joy alongside healing
Growth doesn't have to be serious all the time. I bring warmth, humor, and genuine connection into therapy because healing can be challenging, meaningful, and joyful all at once.

Work With Me If You're Ready To:

Better understand who you are beneath anxiety, expectations, and self-doubt

Explore how culture, identity, family, and life experiences have shaped your story

Build confidence in your relationships, decisions, and sense of self

Create healthier boundaries while staying connected to the people who matter

Make room for both healing and joy

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and human. I bring my personality into the room while maintaining a professional space where you can feel supported, challenged, and understood. I hope that our work together helps you feel more grounded in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more confident in the direction you're moving.

Let's build something restorative, together.
