Does your mind feel like it's always on, making it hard to fully relax, even in moments that are supposed to feel calm? Do you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling the weight of everything you're trying to manage? Whether it is anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, or major life transitions, it's exhausting trying to hold it all together on your own. You don't have to do it alone. I'm here to support you in a way that feels safe, genuine, and centered around what you need. As a counselor-in-training, I bring a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to our work together. I focus on creating a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and understood. I use person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches, blending practical tools with a supportive environment that lets you explore at your own pace. You don't have to figure it all out by yourself. Together, we'll begin to understand the patterns that may be contributing to stress or emotional pain and build skills to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. This will be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself.
